What are Premium DJ Services:
Started in 2007 in Japan this has been a long time trusted service for many foreign and domestic organizations. Music entertainment from this service has been responsible for many corporate events, fundraisers, school events, birthday parties and private organizational events. Also Dwayne Wayne has had a full career of DJing nightclub events and concert after-parties. For private DJ events, there aren’t many choices in Tokyo with the level of professionalism and experience.

To bring your live music event to its peak, we suggest bringing on board one of our top special event DJs experienced and skilled at keeping the dance floor filled. Choose from a number of genres for your special event party.
Required at the Venue for Setup:
- HM Media requests a table covered with white cloth be in the size of approximately 2 meters by 1.5 meters for the purpose of placing DJ music hardware on top.
- Electrical power in the immediate area of the DJ hardware setup.
- Setup incudes only audio powered system. Venue provides lighting
Payment Information:
All Payments for DJ Services must be completed
by the day of the event.
There are two methods of payment the client can choose from.
Payment By Bank: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will issue an invoice in advance 30 days before the event to be paid by the date of the event.
Payment by cash: The cash option is the most used by clients for DJ events. If this option is chosen, we will issue a receipt the night of the event when payment is made.
Because we have transport services, there is a time frame we must have all everything the DJ equipment, packed and ready for pick up. Therefore we would advance notice for extended time if the client chooses to extend the event past the End Time listed on the agreement. All extended time costs us with transport companies for waiting the extra therefore the client will charged additional fees. That costs is determined by the total cost of the transport services and DJ fees for particular events. You will be notified on the agreement what the extend cost are per half hour.
Service Fees for normal DJ events:
Within the Tokyo Prefecture
DJ Services: ¥10,000/hr (3-hour Initial Charge)
DJ Sound Reinforcement System: ¥30,000
Transport: ¥10,000
No Deposit Required Upon Agreement and/or issued invoice. If the client has a PO# for the invoicing we will need it in advance.
Cancelation Limit Up to 7 days: Cancelation Fee is 25% of Balance
Cash Payment Instructions: Please hand payment to the DJ in an envelope when he arrives the night of the event during setup. A receipt will be prepared for event organizer.
